You can! Our trial period is something we're proud to offer. We want you to get a good feel for the bus and decide for yourself how it might fit into your operation. The trial period can be up to two weeks, and is entirely obligation free. You just pay for running costs (fuel or energy use). 

During this period, we'll be available to answer any questions, provide technical support, and provide telematics and route analytics.

Our goal is to get you the best asset for your business, and we feel that a trial period is the best way for you to assess how a Yutong bus might fit into your operation and decide for yourself. If you don't think it's right for you at the end of the trial period, we wont push it. 

There are many considerations to make in your decision as to your next bus, but it ultimately comes down to where your operation is today, where your operation is going in the next few years, and your tolerance for risk and downtime; a cheaper option may end up costing you more in the long run. 

Our Yutong D7 & D7E models are popular with schools, employee transport, tourism, and charter operations for their coach-like feel and comfort in a small bus package, fitting in 7 more seats than comparable options whilst offering a far greater standard of engineering, driver comfort, and passenger benefits. It's a great option for growing operations that need greater capacity than their existing light bus, or larger operations that need a 27 seat option without compromising on passenger comfort or reliability. 

Our Yutong C10 is popular in education settings, providing a high standard of student comfort, driver features, reliability, and efficiency. It offers a mid-range option in terms of seating capacity - where previously you may have need two coaster-style buses, one C10 can handle the capacity in greater comfort and efficiency.

Our Yutong C12 & C12E models are popular with operations across many industries. The C12 models build on the level of engineering, driveability, and comfort offered in our smaller options, with a capacity that suits larger operations. They are known for their maneuverability despite their larger size, luxurious driver comforts, and industry-leading tech and safety features.

All of our buses come with a few things as standard, which we feel set our options apart from the crowd. A comprehensive driver safety system, including 360-degree camera and Advanced Driver Assist system optimise for passenger safety and your uptime, and are praised by drivers. Reliability is top of mind for us, and our Cummins diesel engines and ZF and Allison transmissions make that a reality.

Our experienced team can help walk you through our options and help you understand what might be best for your operation. The team you'll be working with is made up of former drivers, fleet managers, diesel fitters and coach builders. Our promise to you is that we always point you in the right direction - if we don't think our buses are right for you, we won't sell one to you. 

Almost certainly. Our service network consists of over 50 locations, made up of VDI dealerships and workshops, and authorised third parties. This network is expanding constantly - growing our service network is a key metric of success for us. 

In the case that there's no convenient workshop or service center near you, we'll go out of our way to find and authorise one, and can provide technical support to your trusted workshop too. 

Service is part of our offering - we believe the bus is just the beginning. The strength of our service network is part of what you buy into when you buy a bus with VDI. 

It's best to check with the team as to current lead teams and stock allocations, but as a general note, we do our best to keep stock-on-hand of main range across the country. 

We recognise that waiting months for a vehicle to be delivered is frustrating, so we optimise our stock process to ensure we have a consistent supply of stock vehicles around.
